Faith is 6!!!!!

June 4th was Faith's 6th Birthday!! I can't believe that my baby is 6!! She wanted to go to Worlds of Fun (an amusement park here) for her birthday. Jason took the day off work so we could go. It turned out to be a perfect day. Faith was sooo happy because she was tall enough to ride a couple of the rides that she's been wanting to ride for a couple of years now! The weather was HOT but there were very few lines to wait in. Faith's favorite part of the day was when she rode the "wacky worm" ( a kiddie coaster) and she told the operator that it was her birthday and he and everyone on the ride sang Happy Birthday to her! Softball Season is in Full Swing!!

Paige is playing softball again this year. She is now in the 7/8 coach pitch league. We moved her back to the league she played in when we first moved to Kansas. She was fortunate enough to be put on the team she had played with that year too!! Their team name is the Twisters! They have played 3 games so far. Unfortunately they have not won a game yet but they are improving every game. Paige got her first hit in a game last saturday and hit two runs in. Paige was called out when running from second to third base because a girl on the opposing team threw the ball and hit her. They called it "runners interference." I thought it was a bad call!!!
